Quick Thought #12: General Mills PR Lesson

Earlier this month, General Mills added language to its website that altered its customers' legal rights. Under the terms, people who interact with General Mills in a broad range of ways — downloading a coupon online or entering a contest, for example — waive their right to class action and agree to resolve any disputes with the company through mediation.
