CyberAlert, a leader in media monitoring, measurement and analytics for public relations and marketing, announced that Michelle Hinson has joined the company as sales director in the expanding measurement market.
Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in public relations specializing in nonprofit communications and measurement/analytics for PR. Michelle is a founding member of the IPR Measurement Commission and chair of the 2015 Measurement Summit. She is also Chief Financial Officer for the International Public Relations Research Conference. She also serves as an adjunct lecturer in public relations at the University of Florida and has authored numerous articles on the use of social media in public relations.
In her role at CyberAlert, Michelle will bring her extensive knowledge of research, measurement and analytics to help clients meet the daily challenge of understanding the business implications and value of their public relations programs.

William J. Comcowich founded and served as CEO of CyberAlert LLC, the predecessor of Glean.info. He is currently serving as Interim CEO and member of the Board of Directors.
